For areas you want to cover in particular, apply an extra layer by tapping lightly. If you use too little, you will not get sufficient UV protection. Reapply as needed after sweating or wiping with a towel. (1) Turn the case over with the case open, place the pads of both thumbs on the bottom of the refill, and push to remove it. (2) Insert a new refill into the case and press from the top until you hear a click. Safety warning: Always close the container lid properly after use.
