It is a long-established supplement food made by using real umeboshi that has been matured for more than three years and carbonized by baking it for a long time using a special manufacturing method. We use genuine fully ripe Nanko plums that are made by pickling plums grown without pesticides at our farm in domestic seawater salt and then drying them in the sun. It is matured in our own storage for more than 3 years to convert from shadow to yang.
