This is a bread mold developed by the Asai Shoten Prototype Team in pursuit of the size of 1 pint of commercially available bread that couldn't be achieved in conventional bread molds.
We have set the length of each side with a balance of height, and the shape of a sliced 1 jin has been determined to achieve the natural shrinkage of the fired coin.
Height is 5.1 inches (13 cm) and slightly higher. Please be sure to check the properties of powder, portions, and recipes when baking without the lid and the height of the inside of your oven.
■How to use
When using for the first time, please wash with mild detergent and remove dirt and mechanical oil, then make sure to empty cooking.
■Empty grilling method:
(1) Empty grill for 20-30 minutes at 170°C without painting any mould.
(2) When cooled, apply a thin shortening or spray oil and allow for 15 to 20 minutes of empty cooking at 220 to 240 degrees Celsius
Repeat 2 or 3 times for added peace of mind.
Please apply shortening or spray oil before using.
■Care Instruction
After using, please wipe the dirt well and dry it to store.
If it gets heavily dirty, simply wash it with a mild detergent and dry it immediately, and then dry it thoroughly with preheat in the oven, etc.
