1. Face Line CareConsider the line of the lower chin to ensure a secure fit. |
2. Upper arm care.Rolling around the inside of the upper arm toward underarm. The area where skin is easily caught in the roller.Roll by adjusting the angle and strength of the roller against your skin. |
3. Waist CareRolling along the body from below chest to waistline. |

4. Hip CareRolling up and down along the round of the hips. Micro current will not flow over clothing. |
5. Thigh CareRolling from top of knee to base of thigh. |
