Size: size 330x depth 100mm Yamada Kogyosho's woks are made by hitting each one with a hammer (machine) thousands of times using the [embossing] method. [Launching] is a manufacturing method in which a flat iron plate is pressed and then manually turned into a pot shape while being hit with a special machine equipped with a hammer over and over again. Since each product is handmade by the embossing method, each product has small scratches, welding marks, rubbing marks, etc. Due to the production process, production marks may remain on the surface of the product and may look like scratches at first. Also, when welding the handle part, it is treated with high heat, so there may be differences in color and peeling of the black skin, but there is no problem in terms of quality, so please use it with confidence. From ● * Be sure to bake before using for the first time * ● Place the pot on the stove and heat it without adding ingredients as it is said to be bake. Don't leave it alone. Bake evenly to the edge of the pot. ● When you start baking, the surface turns black, and then it turns gray. ● When the temperature of the pot drops a little, wash it with hot water using a scrubbing brush. (It is okay to use detergent) If you use a steel dwarf, it will be scratched. ● Next, oil it. Put a lot of oil in the pan and fry the scrap vegetables. Do the whole thing in the pot. ● Throw away the waste vegetables and wash the pot with hot water before using. ● Because the handle gets hot, do not hold it directly and wrap it with a towel, etc., and be careful not to put the towel on the fire. * About care * ● When you finish cooking, wash with hot water with a towel etc. ● If it gets burnt, scrape it off with a steel scrubbing brush etc. ● Soak it in hot water while a little residual heat remains in the pot. I think it's easier to get rid of the scorching if it's done. ● After that, completely remove the water from the pot and apply oil to it before storing. If you do not apply oil, the pot will rust. ● To completely remove the water, you can use a stove to heat it a little to remove the water, but be careful of burns when applying oil. After cooling it a little, apply oil to the back as well. ● If it gets rusty, you can remove it by rubbing it with fine-grained paper, but it will be easy to burn the rubbed part, so put it on the stove once ( The part that rubs and shines becomes bluish) Please apply oil
