This soft puff that is gentle against the skin is made of 100% natural cotton which contains moisturizing ingredients. As cotton is wrapped around the batting, it prevents pilling and falling apart. This doesn't leave fibers on the skin and so is perfect for patting. Soaked up lotion doesn't get left behind in the batting easily and instead this lotion is properly transferred to the skin.
