The eyes are constantly exposed to external stimuli and react very sensitively. Marginal Antibacterial AZ is an eye drop containing sulfamethoxazole, which is effective against styes and conjunctivitis caused by bacterial infections, and sodium azulene sulfonate and chlorphenirine maleate, which suppress inflammation and itching. Regarding styes, please note the following: Avoid rubbing your eyelids or otherwise irritating your eyes. (Note that while some people are predisposed to styes, they are more likely to occur when your physical strength is weakened due to overwork or lack of sleep, so try to avoid overwork and get enough sleep.)

Sulfamethoxazole...4.0% (A long-acting sulfonamide that is effective against eye diseases caused by bacterial infections.) Chlorpheniramine maleate...0.01% (An antihistamine that suppresses allergic eye itching.) Sodium azulene sulfonate (water-soluble azulene)...0.02% (An anti-inflammatory ingredient derived from the herbal medicine (chamomile) that effectively soothes inflammation such as redness and itching.) Sodium chondroitin sulfate...0.3% (Acts on corneal cells to help restore the physiological function of weakened eyes.) Additives include boric acid, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium edetate hydrate, and pH adjusters.
Dosage and Administration
Instill 2-3 drops at a time, 4-6 times a day. [Precautions regarding dosage and administration] (1) When using on children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. (2) Do not allow the tip of the container to touch the eyelids or eyelashes. Also, do not use if the solution is cloudy. (3) Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses. (4) Use only for ophthalmic use. (5) Follow the prescribed dosage and administration instructions. (6) The liquid color is due to the ingredients. If it accidentally gets on clothing, wash it off with water.
