Use 1-2 capsules once or twice a week. After washing your face and applying Essence at night, twist off the protruding part with your hands, take the oil into your palm, and apply it to your face and neck. Depending on your skin condition, if you use it in combination with serum or cream, use it at the end of your skincare routine. If massaging, use 2-3 capsules directly after washing your face, then wipe off any excess oil with a warm towel.

Please use with caution and check for any abnormalities on your skin.
If the product does not suit your skin, discontinue use.
Please handle with dry hands. Capsules become soft when absorbing moisture and hard at low humidity. If you cannot cut them by hand, please use scissors.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
