Blur the jeweling color on the upper left with a thick tip under the inner corners of the eyes and under the eyebrows. 2. Blur the nuance color on the upper right with a thick tip into the eye hole of the eyelid. 3. 3. Blur the lower left shadow color with a thin tip from the outer corner of the eye to the center of the eyelid. Four. Draw the lower right line color with a thin tip on the upper eyelid and on the outer 1/3 of the lower eyelid.
