Apply this product (false eyelash adhesive) to the base of the false eyelashes with a fine brush attached to the cap so that it does not stick out. 2. After application, wait tens of seconds for the adhesive to dry from milky white to clear. Be sure to dry it before gluing. Do not adhere to the eyelids until the adhesive dries from milky white to clear. Please note that the adhesive that is not dry will be difficult to remove if it gets on your eyelids. 3. 3. Apply false eyelashes along the false eyelashes and lightly press down from the center of the eyes toward both sides. Four.
