Usage and dosage
[How to use] Put an appropriate amount of about 10 to 15 mL (10 mL for the line inside the cap) in your mouth, rinse for about 30 seconds, and then brush. It is not necessary to rinse with water after use, but if you are concerned, rinse lightly.
