●Altite bread molds are
aluminum-plated steel, which is called Altite. They have good heat circulation and transfer heat evenly, so they are less likely to be baked unevenly, and are mainly used for commercial purposes. They are also attractive because they are inexpensive. As you use them, they will become more oily and easier to use, but when you use them for the first time, you will need to bake them empty, which can be a bit troublesome for those who don't have time or are new to the process.

●Super silicone processing
refers to a process in which colored silicone suitable for Altite materials is sprayed and painted. Unlike conventional transparent silicone, fine silicone particles are sprayed evenly and evenly to prevent damage to the material, making it adhere more closely and extending the life of the silicone.
The greatest feature of super silicone processed molds is that they do not require the trouble of baking them empty, and they are easy to remove from the mold.

*Open and close the lid carefully and avoid excessive friction!
Due to the structure of the mold's edge, the super silicone processing may peel off when the lid is rubbed against the lid when opening and closing (○ part of the product image), so please open and close as quietly and carefully as possible.

Regarding the discontinuation of the standard silicone (transparent) coating on the exterior
Until now, we have applied transparent silicone to the outside of our Super Silicone bread molds to prevent them from getting dirty, but due to the rising cost of silicone and compatibility issues with Altite materials, we have confirmed cases where the silicone peels off immediately after use. The silicone material we use is food-safe and has no effect on the human body, but we will discontinue this use in future production runs.

However, the inside will continue to be painted with Super Silicone, which is compatible with Altite materials, so you will be able to enjoy the same impressive mold release as before.

How to use    No pre-heating is necessary.
Care Instructions    After use, wipe off any dirt thoroughly and dry before storing.
If the product is very dirty, wash it with a neutral detergent, wipe off the water immediately, and dry it completely in the residual heat of an oven before storing.
Precautions    Products that use steel (including those with steel underneath plating or surface treatment) may rust from untreated areas such as the edges of the mold or scratches on the surface. Rust is more likely to occur if you leave the product for a while after washing it with water without wiping it off immediately, or if you use it with something that is very wet or contains liquid. Please be careful.

Tinplate, Altite, Alster, and Girua do not usually need to be washed with detergent, but should be lightly wiped to remove dirt, as the oil on them will dissolve and make them easier to remove from the mold. If you are not going to use them for a long period of time, we recommend washing them thoroughly with detergent, drying them thoroughly in the oven, and storing them.

Caution for business supplies    Commercial products are products made mainly for bread and confectionery manufacturers and commercial stores. Because of the emphasis on performance and cost in pursuit of the finished bread and confectionery, unlike manufacturer's products for home use, there may be scratches from pressing during manufacturing or scuffs that occur when the product is shipped from the craftsman, but if these do not affect the use of the product, it will be shipped as a good product.

Some products may not have burrs properly removed from the edges of the mold. Please be careful when handling the product to avoid cutting your hands or injuring yourself when cleaning.

There is no dedicated packaging for commercial products, so they are mainly delivered in plastic wrapping etc.
