The umami of bonito and konbu are added to a chicken stock soup and soy sauce base, creating a chicken bone soy sauce soup with a simple yet irresistible flavor. Comes with yuzu peel powder from Oita Prefecture that radically changes the flavor of the soup.

• Serving Instructions: (Cooking instructions for 1 serving) Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
