Open the pouch and put on your clean, dry feet and foot mask like socks. (Each foot mask has an "R" sticker for the right foot and an "L" sticker for the left foot.) 2. Wrap it around your ankle and tape it so that the essence inside the foot mask is not outside. 3. 3. Lightly massage both feet for better penetration of the essence (up to the stratum corneum). 4. After 15 to 20 minutes, remove the foot mask and gently massage the essence left on your feet. (No need to wash away)
