Marutai Nagasaki Soy Sauce Stick Ramen
Pork, chicken, sardine, konbu, scallop, katsuobushi and tuna are added to a flying fish base, creating a simple tasting soy sauce soup filled with flavors of the sea. Made using charcoal grilled flying fish, an especially fine ingredient from Nagasaki Prefecture.
• Ingredients: noodles (wheat flour, salt, plant protein, reduced starch syrup), soup (pork oil, powdered soy sauce, salt, vegetable oil, ago (flying fish) powder, sweeteners (sugar, glucose), roasted sesame, powdered fish sauce, vegetable powder, chicken extract, starch, niboshi extract, konbu extract, pork extract, scallop extract, protein hydrolyzate, spice, yeast extract, katsuobushi powder, tuna extract, spring onion), seasonings (such as amino acids), alcohol, kansui, caramel pigment, gardenia pigment, antioxidant (vitamin E), flavoring, (contains dairy ingredients, soybean, gelatin)

• Serving Instructions: (Cooking instructions for 1 serving) Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference.)|| When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add one bag each of soup and seasoning oil, and gently stir. Transfer to a bowl and consume while hot. * Add grilled pork, spring onion, menma, bean sprout, naruto etc. in accordance with your preference for a more delicious dish. *There may be a small amount of undissolved grains inside the soup. This is powdered fish such as flying fish, so please consume with peace of mind. *When cooking 2 servings at the same time, double the amount of water.
