For the best homemade bread, we have created an ideal 1.5 loaf loaf pan that is as close as possible to store-bought bread, and it comes out of the mold perfectly♪ No need to air bake! ★2-coat black fluororesin processing now available!

This was achieved using Asai Shoten's best ever fluororesin coating agent. Reliable craftsmen carefully painted each piece one by one using the best coating agent.

The glossy black paint gives it a completely different impression from previous bread molds. It also has a very luxurious feel. The matte texture is also fresh.

Since it is a carefully finished 2-coat Fusso resin processing, it is more durable than silicone-based processing and can be used for a long time.
Out of the box! You can start using it right away with no need for dry baking.

You can also use the recipe, including the baking time, just like you would with the ideal bread mold.
This bread mold was originally developed by Asai Shoten in pursuit of the size of commercially available bread that could not be achieved with conventional bread molds. We set the length of each side in anticipation of natural shrinkage during firing, and made all sorts of assumptions, including the balance with height and the shape of the slices.

[Recipe staff comment]

I think the best thing about fluorine-treated bread molds is that they don't require baking and can be used immediately.
If it's made from Altite, it may smell like industrial oil when it's fired, and it can get sticky from the oil applied during firing, and it's generally not washed with water after use. If you wash it, you will need to air-bake it again.
On the other hand, fluorine-treated bread molds can be washed with water every time, and can be stored in hygienic conditions.
Also, when it comes to releasing the dough from the mold, the dough does not stick and cannot be removed, which is common when beginners use the Altite bread mold, and the dough can be removed smoothly.
The matte black paint gives it a luxurious feel, and since oil doesn't stick to it, you can easily clean it with a quick wash.
When I actually used it, I realized that this type of bread, which contains about 420g of flour, is the perfect size for a household of about 4 people.
Thanks to the paint, the outside is not sticky either, so I thought it was worth the high price.

*Height is 13cm, which is slightly high. Please be sure to check the height of the oven you are using, the nature and amount of flour, and the recipe when baking with the lid removed.

■How to use■
No dry baking required.

■Care Instructions■
After use, wipe off dirt thoroughly, dry, and store.

If it is very dirty, wash it with a neutral detergent, wipe it dry immediately, and dry it completely in the residual heat of an oven before storing it.

■Precautions■
Products made of steel (including those with steel under plating or surface treatment) may rust from untreated areas such as the edges of molds or scratches on the surface. Rust is more likely to occur if you do not wipe it off immediately after washing with water, or if you use it with watery items or liquids. please note.

Tinplate, Altite, Alster, and Gilua absorb the oil that adheres to them, making it easier to release them from the mold, so usually you do not wash them with detergent, but simply wipe off any dirt. When not using the product for a long time, we recommend washing it thoroughly with detergent and thoroughly drying it in an oven before storing it.

■Notes on commercial supplies■
Commercial supplies refer to products made mainly for bread and confectionery manufacturers and business stores, and are intended for home use because they focus on performance and cost to achieve the perfect finish for bread and confectionery. Unlike manufacturer's products, there may be press scratches during manufacturing or scratches caused by craftsmen during shipping, but if this does not affect the usability, we will ship it as a good product.

There are also products where the edges of the mold are not carefully deburred. Please handle with care to avoid cutting your hands or other injuries when cleaning.
